S.C Successfully Delivers the Whole-Production-Line Equipment for Flexible PSC

Recently, the first whole-production-line equipment for flexible PSC has been successfully delivered and shipped to the client. It is not only solely developed and produced by the Company, but also can meet the requirements for mass production. This marks the great leap of S.C from providing single equipment to the whole-production-line equipment in the field of flexible PSC equipment, adding more advantages for S.C to maintain the leadership in the global industry of PSC equipment.

 


With its prominent advantages of high efficiency, low cost, flexibility, and outstanding weak-light performance, PSC is widely recognized as the next-generation revolutionary PV technology, becoming the global battleground for new energy R&D and competition. Particularly, the flexible PSC has shown great advantages in various emerging application scenarios including building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV), mobile energy, wearable device and aerospace industries for its light weight, thinness and features of being bendable and rollable.

The first whole-production-line equipment for flexible PSC provided by S.C offers the turnkey solution for clients to directly remove the industrial bottleneck. This whole-production-line equipment covers all core processes of flexible PSC production with the self-developed and systematic integrated key process equipment, specifically comprising the following modules:

—Precision Cleaning: precision cleaning equipment applied to ensure the surface cleanness of substrates;

—Precision Laser Scribing: precision laser scriber applied to achieve high efficiency, precise isolation and series interconnection;

—Core Coating Process: integrated with multi-functional deposition equipment including slot-die coater module (used for the solution-based deposition on the perovskite and functional layers) and dry deposition equipment to meet the requirements of fabricating various functional layers;

—Back-end Packaging and Testing: solar module laminator applied to ensure the long-term stability and reliability of flexible modules; IV sunlight simulator system equipped to accurately test the final performance of modules and conduct the sorting.
