2025 PH750 Training Program, Themed with Soaring High with Wings of Practicality and Innovation, Comes to a Successful End

On Feb. 6th, 2026, the 2025 Training Program themed with Soaring High with Wings of Practicality and Innovation came to a successful end in Shenzhen Base of S.C. 80 persons in total participated in the 2025 training program which consists of 85 hours of lessons during the whole process of 6 months. During four chapters of this training program, namely, Starting module, Basic module, practical module and extensions, participants all made a marvelous performance.

For this graduation ceremony, organizers of this PH750 training program especially invited professors of Sun Yat-sen university and many managers of S.C to present awards to the excellent team and individuals.

Inheritance does not only matter to civilization, but also to everything. PH750 training program serves as the key component of S.C’s talent cultivation program, bearing the highest expectations of our company. S.C always believes in that talent is the foremost productive force for S.C’s development and is the indispensable mainstay of our company.

This is not only the graduation ceremony of this training program, but also serves as the important milestone of S.C’s talent cultivation program.

Opening Speech—Stay humble, keep practical and cultivate fortitude

At the very beginning, Professor Hancan from School of Materials of Sun Yat-sen University, the director of PH750 training design and the representative of instructors, delivered an opening speech for participants of 2025 PH750 training program. She reinforced the importance of cultivating talents from the perspectives of company development and education. With three key phrases, namely, “stay humble, keep practical and cultivate fortitude”, Professor Han suggested participants of this program will be open to learn and stay true their original inspiration.

Mr.Wu Bo’s Speech: One should be both a dreamer and doer

When things reach their extreme, change occurs, after the change they evolve smoothly, and thus they continue for a long time. Mr. Wu Bo, co-founder and COO of S.C, delivered a speech. He elaborated the meaning of the theme—Soaring High with Wings of Practicality and Innovation. According to him, practicality and innovation are like the two sides of one coin, which exists in every technical upgrade. After all, without a solid foundation, innovation will always be one idea while practicality will lead to ossifying organization without great imagination. Therefore, the combination of practicality and innovation serves as the core driving force of the sustainable development of our company. He hopes that all S.Cers dare to try all possibilities and continue to improve themselves, becoming a dreamer while keeping their feet on the ground.

Award and conferring certificates

In order to commend excellent participants, we set three awards based on the comprehensive inspection about their capability, namely Solar Leader Award, Top Scorer Award and Cooperation Star Award. Besides, in order to congratulate those participants successfully graduating from the program, our company will also confer graduation certificates to them. At the same time, we prepared some gifts for all participants and they could exchange gifts on the Rewards Catalog with their own credits.

Excellent participants’ speech—the next generation of S.Cer

After presentation of award, the excellent participants were invited to deliver their speeches. First one, Qvan Shitao, was the representative of postgraduate employees hired through campus recruiting in 2025. He thought youth, as the new power of S.C, must dare to think outside the box with the focus on their job, so as to transform knowledge into productive force. At the same time, youth should also keep learning while inheriting the team culture so that young employees can shoulder the mission of advancing the development of S.C. At the end of this speech, he also expressed his gratitude to S.C and all instructors on behalf of all participants, and reaffirmed his commitment of taking the baton in a practical and ambitious manner.

The second person delivering his speech is He Guangpeng, the representative of S.C’s talents. He said that practicality is the foundation while innovation leads to more possibilities. He emphasized how his awareness changed during the training. He realized the right flow shall start from the process itself, then to the physics hidden inside, finally to the engineering and mass production. Meanwhile, he also shared his thoughts on the convergence between semiconductor and photovoltaics in aspects of technologies and equipment from the perspective of this industry evolution, and presented his thinking and responsibility of improving his capability and achieving more breakthroughs.

Chairman Mr.Zuo’s Speech—Inheritance

Over the past years, S.C has achieved great leaps forward again and again. In the relay of talent, high standard is the definition of “Speed” and high quality is the definition of “Distance”. Mr.Zuo Guojun, the Chairman of S.C, emphasized in his speech that inheritance and innovation are equally important for our talents who serve as the strategic resources. Meanwhile, S.C is ready to provide necessary resources and great tolerance of trial and error for their innovative ideas. In a word, new generation of S.Cers shall fully leverage the spirit of “Soaring High with Wings of Practicality and Innovation ”, and make theoretical knowledge and industrial practices support each other to achieve significant innovation and breakthroughs regarding the key contradicts in the development.

Professor Tang Zeguo’s Sincere Wishes—Embracing the Trend

Moreover, we were also honored to invite Professor Tang Zeguo, the head of the School of New Energy Science and Engineering at Shenzhen Technology University, to deliver his speech. He gave great recognition to the inheritance of engineer culture and talent cultivation plan of S.C, and stressed that youth should embrace the trend of times and devote themselves to the great transformation. They should think from the perspective of the era and lead S.C and PV industrial to a promising future with their actions and innovative mind.

Nowadays, the industry development is more and more volatile with frequent technical iteration.
