Recently, S.C's G12-132 type heterojunction module was certified by TÜV SÜD, the authoritative third party testing and certification body, and achieved a leading position in the PV industry, with the average module power reaching 720.65W (TÜV SÜD's new standard) and the average conversion efficiency reaching 23.20%. This is another step forward in the field of HJT solar cell technology of our company after the delivery of the full production line of 600MW HJT solar cell production using the high-rate RF microcrystalline PECVD process.

The solar cells in the certified modules, which were all produced on S.C's full HJT solar cell mass production line, achieved an average efficiency of 25.1% (ISFH). The solar cells were processed using the industry-leading bifacial microcrystalline PECVD technology, combined with ITO 973/9010 (VTTO process completely developed), while the metallization process adopted standard pure silver 12BB screen printing, with silver consumption per cell controlled to less than 110 mg.

S.C's HJT technology development is focused on mass production, where both the specified cell efficiency and module power are achievable using mass production technology. According to the company's HJT technology roadmap, S.C expects its G12-132 modules to reach an average power of 725W and a maximum power of 730W by the end of this year.

S.C will proactively continue to develop and innovate TOPCon, HJT, XBC, perovskite, tandem and other technical routes and provide photovoltaic platform business. We will promote continuous cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and drive the long-term development of clean photovoltaic energy.
